All Stars . . . Game #2 Results

Well folks today was it. We finished the season with 0/2, but it was still another game well played. Our boys were awesome out there on the field! So without further a do here are today's teams and scores:

Guest: Hammond "Tornadoes"

Home: Mid-Parish "Smoothie King Knights"

Final Score:
20 Hammond / Mid-Parish 0

Hats off to the "Smoothie King Knights" for an All Star series played excellently! And with a little practice and some more cans of whip ass next year these boys will be even better and more prepared for the next Little League World Series!

Peace be with you All!

All Stars . . . Game #1 Results

Today was awesome! My little man played his first ever All Stars series ballgame! He's been in Little League since the rip ole age of 5, lol! After 6 years in the league from Tee Ball to the Major Leagues he has finally achieved his goal! I couldn't be more proud of him then I am now! At least not till his next great achievement, lol! ;-)

Nick has worked very hard to get to the position he's at now. Proof positive that no matter what handicap the doctors want to brand you with, it is NOT a 'cap' on your abilities to follow through with your dreams, no matter how unattainable they may seem to others.

Always remember with a little hard work, determination and will to make it, you too can do anything you set your mind to!

Okie, on to the scores:

All Stars Little League game #1/b:

Home Team(Us): Mid-Parish (10 & 11 yr olds)
'Smootie King Knights'

Guest Team: Walker (All 11yr olds) 'Turtles'

Final Score:

Walker 15 / Mid-Parish 0

Although we were skunked it was not without one heck of a fight from our boys. They played hard and in the end that's all that counts, team work!

The second of game of the series @ 5pm on Sunday.
I can't wait!
